ongoing etviaTRACE improvements

We are pleased to say that a significantly enhanced version of etviaTRACE was recently deployed to all clients.  The improvements of particular note included:

• An extended message management capability including a number of new standard emails, all designed to provide users with timely and tailored reminders for specific actions.
• Improved Blueprint functionality:  Of particular note is the Traffic Light view.  This view shows execution status of all blueprint types (Master Plan, KRA or Strategic Risk) through colour coding (green, amber, red) Items according to their current status.  It is used to provide focus on plans that are in execution or have been executed
• Detailed plan to budget correlation capability which enables Opex and Capex requirements for current and future periods to be clearly identified and tallied within the respective Implementation Plans
•  A new Feedback capability on Strategic Goals and Medium Term Objectives, which is of particular benefit for learning and correction when in the Execution phase.
• Enhanced reporting including a new High priority report, a revamped sensibility/do-ability which categorises capital and operational expenditure required to execute the Implementation Plan and a Feedback summary by User
